RBS utilises an electrostatic spraying process for metal renovation. The main advantage is that the system is 'airless', eliminating over-spray, thus enabling spraying to be carried out even in the office environment without any risk of damage to existing furniture or decoration.

As the paint particles are electrically charged as they leave the spray gun, they are only attracted to the item being sprayed

Another advantage of this system is that the contents of, for example, a filing cabinet, can remain in place while spraying is in progress. The specially formulated and quick-drying enamel used becomes touch-dry within two hours, allowing the renovated items to be used when your office re-opens in the morning. We would suggest that heavy items should not be placed on top of cabinet for three days, giving the paint sufficient time to harden fully. The full BS, RAL and Colour Dimensions ranges are available.
